“Persistence can change failure into extraordinary achievement.”
Matt Biondi
Olympic Gold Medal Winner, World Record holder
If you practice hard enough then you can make it into something great.  If you can have persistence and patience you can change it into something that will make you achieve your goals. You don’t just practice once a week for an hour you must do it for everyday or his week for more than 1 hour. If you want to achieve big you must set your goals really high. Our 100+ goals are meant to be set high like Matt Biondi’s because he  completed his goals are went out to achieve the. I’m going to persist at making more goals so I know I can reach higher than what I could do.

“The answers to these questions will determine you success or failure:
1.    Can people trust me to do what’s right?
2.    Am I committed to doing my very best?
3.    Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
If the answers to these questions are YES, then there is no way you can fail.”

Lou Holtz

I think that people can trust me to do what’s right because that’s what everyone wants people to do. For example my teachers expect me to do right things they can trust me to do only the right things and be honest. I am committed to doing my best because I don’t want people to know me as a lazy person who doesn’t care about things when in reality I do. I do my best in everything I can so I can achieve my goals. Everyone wants to be treated the same so I show everyone respect even if I don’t like them because I want the same treatment.

Choose The Right!!!

Student Success Statement
“Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself.”
Henry Ward Beecher

What henry means is that you hold yourself responsible for the things you set for yourself. There is no excuse if you don’t complete because you set it for yourself and you didn't complete it. If someone expects something from you then you must achieve higher than that.

“Goal setting is goal getting. Set and get.”
    Mark Victor Hansen
What Mark is saying is that when you set your goal you’re going to have to succeed in them because that I what you set for yourself. Once you have them set get ready to go and make them come true because they’re there for you. Everyone achieves a goal because they got it set and went to go and get it.

“Kind words can be short and easy to speak. But their echoes are truly endless.”
Mother Teresa
What Mother Teresa means is that with all the kind things you say it can be repeated over and over again because they have a special meaning to them. Mother Teresa was a kind saint and never chooses the wrong things to say she always saw the kind things in people. Think kindly, say things kindly and people will repeat them over and over again in there head.

"Be cool in school--live every rule."
Mr. Haymore
I think this quote is trying to say that if you're trying to be a cool guy, don't do it by choosing the wrong. Do it by following the rules and being a good person in general.

"The right way is not always the popular and easy way. Standing for right when it is unpopular is a true test of moral character."
Margaret Chase Smith

The quote is trying to say that most people decide to choose what is wrong just because it is popular. If you choose the right even when it is unpopular it will show people that you are not one of those people that cares if its popular or not, you will always choose the right no matter what and that shows what kind of character you are.
